Bam and Missy are engaged
Bam Margera and girlfriend Missy Rothstein are engaged, a spokeswoman for the star of MTV's "Viva La Bam," confirmed last night.
Margera, 26, and Rothstein, 25, have dated for less than a year, sources say, but they have known each other since sixth grade, says Margera spokeswoman Shelby Meade.
Rothstein appeared in Margera's film "Haggard," which also featured his former fiancee, Jenn Rivell, with whom he split in fall 2004.
Margera says he and Rothstin are getting hitched in October. They are planning to invite 300 people to their big blow-out bash in the Philadelphia area where they live.
Margera says he popped the question to Rothstin while they were at Cartier inside the King of Prussia Shopping Mall. After the bride-to-be said yes, Margera says all of these bottles of champagne came out and they drank and had a great time.
As for honeymoon ideas, Margera tells Star, "The Bahamas. We went there with Johnny [Knoxville] and his wife. He knew the perfect location so I think that is where we will go."
